Carrier Center Internet Applications

Outside carriers and brokers play a vital role in the profitability of many smaller trucking companies.  They provide crucial backhaul freight to get your drivers home as well as valuable new customer leads.  The Internet based Carrier Center provides an automated tool for outside carriers to communicate with your company.

The Carrier Center combines three complimenting Internet applications providing your company with an easy to use information and load sharing capabilities including:

• Carrier Account Information
• Carrier Available Loads
• Carrier Available Equipment

Carrier Account Information: displays a years worth of account activity allowing outside carriers to see the settlement status of all business conducted with your company over the last year.  The information is presented in an easy to understand recap for each month.  Clicking on the month then displays the status of each load for that month and even allows a review of the Rate Confirmation agreement for each load.  

Carrier Available Loads: allows you to advertise your available loads to qualified carriers. Your available loads can be search by origin, destination, ship date and delivery date to provide outside carriers and brokers with an easy to use load matching service.  All matching loads are displayed with a button to display specific contact information for that load within your company for negotiation.  It even provides a convenient email link to automatically address an email to contact your in-house broker.

Carrier Available Equipment: why continually contact your outside carriers for equipment availability when you can allow them to automatically provide that information for you?  The Available Equipment application provides an easy to use way for your outside carriers to continually update their equipment availability.  Within the brokerage module you can effortlessly query this database to find carriers with equipment close to your available loads.
