Paperless Facsimile System.

Trucking
Software System, announces the addition of Strategy5 Imaging, a
fully integrated imaging and paperless FAX system. Designed as
a cost-effective solution to document management needs of the small
to medium sized trucking company. Strategy5 Imaging provides the
following imaging capabilities to users of our Strategy5 Trucking
Software Modules:

Document Indexing and Scanner Pre-Index Capabilities
- Automatic
de-skewing of scanned documents
- Document
input from any source on the corporate network. Including
multiple low-cost windows scanning workstations, high volume
scanner stations, and automated facsimile input.
- Unlimited
document storage and retrieval through low cost, recordable
CD-ROM jukebox technology
- Completely
integrated with all Strategy5 software modules including
specialized applications for invoicing, maintenance, carrier and
driver settlements, purchasing, proof of deliveries, multiple
location brokerage trip reconciliation, and much more
- Report
archival and retrieval system
- Internet
WWW access to images providing automated proof of deliveries
- Hot-Key
access to images from any Strategy5 module and type of
workstation
- Scan,
Index, Search, View, Print, Auto-Fax, and E-Mail routing of
Images from any workstation on the network
- Character
based interface for non-windows workstations
- Unlimited
number of Windows-NT or Windows 95 workstation support at no
additional cost
- Standard
image encoding and compression techniques allows for integration
with off-the-shelf office automation products
- Automatic
paperless FAX routing based on the sending fax machines
