each Strategy 5 dispatch load record.
The result: fuel tax & routes are tracked precisely on a
load-by-load basis, which complies with IFTA’s reporting

provides completed tax returns, ready to sign & mail.
Inter-Tax also provides a database and reporting system with
monthly updates on CD-ROM. Clients
have fingertip access to critical information such as out-of-route
miles by tractor, driver, or trip, and MPG by fleet or model year.
Clients can even map & print problem routes for review
with their drivers, thereby reducing out-of-route travel.

Reefer Refunds -
Fully
automated services allow reefer carriers to procure state and
federal refunds for tax-paid reefer fuel.
Using Inter-Tax’s approved third-party fuel listings,
carriers eliminate pulling physical receipts which saves time and

allows claims to process more quickly resulting in quicker refund
dollars from the states and it makes Inter-Tax your low cost

Idle
Time Refunds –
Many carriers now receive refunds for taxes paid on fuel consumed
while idling. Several
states currently pay idle time refunds, while others are considering
implementing a refund program.
